3. Eligibility

To use ProFind you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with these Terms and applicable laws

ProFind may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Customer Accounts

Customers may:

• Create an account
• Search for services
• Submit service requests
• Receive quotes
• Book services
• Communicate with providers
• Leave reviews and ratings

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information provided in requests and bookings is accurate and complete.

5. Provider Accounts

Providers may:

• Create business profiles
• Offer services through the Platform
• Receive customer requests
• Submit quotes
• Accept bookings
• Receive payments through approved payment channels

Providers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Information is accurate
• Services are provided professionally
• Required licences, permits, and insurance are maintained
• Applicable laws and regulations are followed

Providers act as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, representatives, or partners of ProFind.

6. Identity Verification and Compliance

To maintain marketplace safety and comply with applicable requirements, ProFind may require providers to complete:

• Identity verification
• Business verification
• AML screening
• KYC verification
• KYB verification

Verification may be conducted through trusted third-party partners including iDenfy and Stripe.

Failure to complete required verification may result in account restrictions, suspension, or removal from the Platform.

7. Service Requests and Quotes

Customers may submit service requests through ProFind.

Providers may choose whether to respond with quotes or accept fixed-price requests.

ProFind does not guarantee:

• The availability of providers
• Receipt of quotes
• Acceptance of bookings
• Specific pricing
• Completion of services

All service arrangements remain subject to agreement between the customer and provider.

8. Bookings and Service Agreements

When a booking is confirmed, a service agreement is formed directly between the customer and the provider.

The provider is solely responsible for:

• Service delivery
• Work quality
• Performance of services
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Customer communication

ProFind is not responsible for the performance, quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services provided by third parties.

9. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

By using ProFind, users agree that:

• Payments may be processed electronically
• Transaction fees may apply where disclosed
• Payment providers may perform security checks
• Payment providers may require identity verification

ProFind reserves the right to withhold, delay, or cancel transactions where fraud, misuse, or regulatory concerns are suspected.

10. Provider Subscriptions and Commissions

Certain provider features may be subject to subscription plans, commission fees, or promotional offers.

Subscription pricing, commissions, features, and limitations are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

ProFind reserves the right to:

13. Refunds

ProFind acts solely as a marketplace facilitating connections between customers and providers.

Any claims relating to services should generally be addressed directly between the customer and the provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

19. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold ProFind harmless from claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

20. Suspension and Termination
