1. Introduction

Welcome to ProFind.

ProFind is a digital marketplace operated by VV-srvcs AB that connects customers with independent service providers.

ProFind is initially operating in Stockholm, Sweden, with an initial focus on services including cleaning, moving and handyman services. The geographical coverage and available service categories may be expanded over time.

Through the ProFind website and mobile applications, customers may search for services, submit service requests, receive quotes, communicate with service providers, make bookings, process payments and leave reviews.

Service providers may create professional or business profiles, receive service opportunities, submit quotes, communicate with customers, manage bookings and receive payments through the platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how ProFind collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data and describes your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection legislation.

During ProFind's initial launch phase, certain marketplace processes may involve manual review and administration by authorised ProFind personnel.

For example, if a customer submits a service request and there are no suitable registered providers available for the selected category, district or requested date, authorised ProFind personnel may review the request.

This review may include information such as:

* Requested service;

* Category and subcategory;

* Service location or district;

* Requested date;

* Number of potentially matching providers;

* Relevant customer contact information;

* Provider availability.

ProFind personnel may then identify or onboard potentially suitable service providers and make the service opportunity available to them.

The purpose of this processing is to fulfil customer service requests, operate the marketplace and improve provider coverage.

Access to this information is limited to authorised personnel who require it for legitimate operational purposes.

11. Legal Bases for Processing

ProFind processes personal data only where an appropriate legal basis exists.

Verification information is not used by ProFind for unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.

14. RUT and ROT Information

ProFind may display information indicating whether particular services may potentially qualify for Swedish RUT or ROT tax deductions.

Eligibility for RUT or ROT depends on applicable Swedish tax legislation and the individual circumstances of the customer, service provider and service performed.

Where ProFind introduces functionality supporting RUT or ROT administration, additional information may need to be processed.

Depending on the implemented process, this may include:

* Customer identification information;

* Service or property address;

* Service and labour information;

* Invoice or payment information;

* Service-provider information;

* Information necessary for tax-deduction administration.
